Bio:

Βorn and raised in Athens, Nefeli attended Leonteio High School of Nea Smyrni and graduated from the 2nd High School of Voula. She is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master’s degree in Social and Political Theory from Panteion University, with a specialization in State Theory. Nefeli has been practicing as a legal consultant since 2015 and has significant experience in the fields of Energy Law (indicatively: involvement in investment projects related to the acquisition of renewable energy production stations, provision of legal opinions on complex Energy Law issues for organizations such as IPTO and Hellenic Petroleum) and Public Procurement Law, as a consultant on various public tenders and contracts. Nefeli has served as a Legal Counsel to the General Secretariat for the Environment at the Ministry of Environment and Energy, and has participated in legislative committees, negotiation teams with international organizations, and working groups on various issues (implementation of Toolkit III OECD, formulation of land uses for businesses in the sector of logistics, development of the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for the former Ellinikon airport, processing of amendments to the Joint Ministerial Decision (JMD) on noise impacts from projects and activities, as well as to the JMD on environmental permitting of projects and activities, etc.). 

Before joining Rhetor, Nefeli worked as an Associate Lawyer in law firms and served as an in-house legal Counsel in a construction company dealing with public construction projects.
