Konstantinos Fylaktos

Born and raised in Thessaloniki. He gratuated from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace where he continued his postgratuate studies and obtained a LL.M. in Private International Law.

He holds a PhD on Private International Law (Doctoral Thesis Title: “International Law Governing Air Crush Accidents Claims”). He has been a member of the scientific staff of the Law School of DUTH since 2009, under the Precidential Decree no 407/1980.

He is an attorney at law before the Supreme Court and member of Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2002. He is experienced in Public Law, especially in Public Procurement Law, and in Civil Law.
