Adam Karaglanis

Adam Karaglanis was born in Athens in 1982. He studied at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2008, he received a master’s degree in international legal studies, specializing in European Law, from the Faculty of Law of the same University. He was a member of ELSA Athens, participating in their activities. He is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2007, practicing judicial and advisory law, mainly in the fields of civil, administrative and commercial law. He was a consultant to the Minister of Finance, specializing in the financial sector, private debt and state aid. During the period 2019-2024, he served as Vice-President and Member of the Single (Independent) Public Procurement Authority, exercising important responsibilities across the entire scope of the public procurement system.
He has also been the Chairman of the Self-Cleaning Measures Committee and a non-executive Member of the Capital Market Committee and the Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund.
